Food is great! Service is very poor. Their hours say they close at 10pm, ordered our food at 7:45pm and got there at 8:10pm. We had to go through the drive thru because dining room is always closed. When we got to the window they didn't have half of the things we ordered because they were "cleaning the kitchen". You close at 10 why are you closing the kitchen two hours before closing time? It made absolutely no sense. The cook was arguing with the employees and seemed extremely rude. The girl at the window serving us seemed a bit on edge but was very accommodating and gave us extra food and was super nice. Not the first time we've been to this location either, we will not be returning. Popeyes is great but this location is the absolute worst.

Horrible experience! What was supposed to be frozen wasn't and what wasn't was . They took the "fast" off fast-food. They didn't have what they are mostly known for 'sandwiches', because all of their sandwiches were frozen so if we wanted to get a sandwich we would have had to wait 1hr.. Since I was already there, I settled for chicken tenders and a frozen lemonade, but they said the lemonade wasn't frozen yet, that it was like a slushy.. no wonder the place looked like it had close down!!

Ordered food online for pick-up. When I arrived they had come to a complete stop. There were seven other customers pulled forward waiting for food and the drive-thru was backed up around the building and at a complete stop. It took 45 minutes for me to receive my order and I only waited because they managed to block the entire exit with people stuck waiting. Popeyes should either close this franchise or fire the management. Very poorly run facility.

I love popeyes. Great chicken, awesome sides. This location kinda sucks though. I spent 49 on a family meal and some sides but half of my order never made it into the bag. I believe fast food needs to pay workers better but service like this makes me doubt what I believe. I'd be fired in a second if I only did half my job. This location needs to do better.
