Not one star only because one front desk lady was so sweet and helpful! And at first was going to leave better review from how helpful and sweet she was. The rooms are what you pay for, and yes people around can be a tad loud like others stated. But isn't hotels fault. Overall my stay was good no issues with check in and check out. What soured everything and made me want to leave bad review is fact that they have now charged my card 3 separate times for additional charges. I had paid everything in full no issues, and called to see what the charges were for? When I called and asked why my card was being charged first was two $25 dollar transactions which say hotels name. My card locked due to these, and then a charge for $150 tried to come through and was declined due to card locking. Then later on after work I called them to ask why? And see what was up and everything. Guy cut me off on phone and said we haven't charged you any additional fees. I said but these charges have hotels name on them and shows it is from your hotel and want to know what happened and what I'm being charged for? He said we have charged you more talk to your bank. Then hung up on me. Literally after that talk they charged me $90 dollars. The taking my money, and hanging up on me has definitely made this go from what was going to be 5 star review down to what should be a no star or 1 star review. The lady at front desk is only reason I would give an extra star.

Room could have been cleaner and better maintained. Staff finds any reason to charge extra fees. Roaches in room when asked to be moved staff said they would but would charge a deposit because of dog. Dog is a service animal and should not encounter a charge, however was not in a financial position to cause a problem.

I had to stay here during hard times. Some of the staff tried to be polite while others you could clearly tell they just want your money. I shower every day, the pillows gave me weird bumps on my face that I have to see a doctor about. I had to go to work like this, and I still have them on my face. Will never stay there again if I don't have to. Only 3 stars because 2 cashiers were polite to me in my time of need. The rest of those 3 days were terrible.
