Apparently the staff copied our information wrong and we got screwed because of it. No calls, no email, no letter in the mail. I realized our payment had not come out of our account so I called them, they said they have away our storage to someone else. There is supposed to be mail sent at least before evicting someone. And there is a legal process. I'm contacting an attorney.

Great staff and very friendly. Left the storage place we had in Hayden for 3 years and are renting here now. Great place.

New storage facility. Watched the progress of it being built. Moved up there so needed a unit. Very friendly staff. Clean units. Reasonable pricesThank you Karla. I am glad we could help you out. I hope you move goes good!
