Tenants have been notifying management about a nice infestation in the complex but it seems as though there is no plan for them. As of late, they have been charged with gratuitous fees for repairs or minor lateness infractions. The pavement of the parking lot is heavily cracked, uneven, and littered with gravel. Repairs are never on time and are rarely completed properly. Please, of all things, fix the infestation. It’s dangerous to those with young children around. UPDATE: Tried to contact them through the website and every time I tried, it crashed. The moment I click send, it gets stuck in a loop as if it’s intentionally designed to crash. I called Emess Management and it was automated. They said call the main office of the complex. I called the main office, the woman put me on hold, and by the sound of it, went to record the call. Try it. Call the office. If you hear crackling and loud tone beeping, she’s probably trying to record the call. These people are not trying to improve conditions for tenants when it seems like they go out of their way to avoid criticism. All we have are google reviews and that doesn’t translate into improved living conditions. And what’s worse is that Emess Management owns so many properties in the area and all of their complexes are in piss poor condition. What are we supposed to do now? Withhold rent until they follow through on repairs? Contact the Bucks County Department of Health? Contact local news stations? Hold a petition? Stage a protest? There is no conscionable reason as to why so many of these building are the way that they are. The people who live here are poor. We don’t have many options. How do they reserve the right to take us to court for late payments when they’re not following through with repairs? Hell the ceilings don’t even have light fixtures. There’s mold on the windows and in the bathrooms. Why is rent so high and why do they twist our arms to pay it when they don’t even make the living conditions worth the effort? Seriously, they stopped circulating monthly newsletters years ago but I think it’s about time they start to get in touch with the tenants and tell us what’s going on. They only send us emails when rent is going up or if they’re imposing mandatory inspections but don’t tell us why our repair requests aren’t going through, they don’t tell us why this busted parking lot isn’t getting fix, they don’t tell us why the mouse problem hasn’t been fixed after so many years. Instead of telling us to call you why don’t you guys extend the olive branch and give us the communication and service that we are paying for.

I have been in this apartment for 11 years now. The new apartment manager is very rude and arrogant to her Tennants. She decides when and what maintenance is done. I have put so many work orders in and ul to now, none has been done. She intercepts every email you try to send to corporate.I personally went to corporate office and met no one. I urge corporate to visit the apartment complexes that she manages and seek views from others. The environment is great but the manager doesn't have a good human relationship. Its degrading the morale of the complex.

Management is always very helpful and kind. Although there could be improvements with places where children can play.Adnane, thank you so much for leaving us a review and a little constructive criticism to mull over.
