My boyfriend deals with them. He is in a scooter and he has Multiple Sclerosis Primary Progress. His scooter has not worked in 3 weeks According to this useless organization it wont get fixed until the 8th of August. That is his legs that scooter. He has been in bed alot cant get around. This organization could care less. Also they did not find him a PCA for 6 months. Its so sad the people that try to provide services cannot do it and fall short of this. Spoke to Sherry told her her organization is useless. I guess anyone can get a job their.

I find Commonwealth Care Alliance to be fantastic !! They are always there when I need them . If I have a problem with my primary care physician all I have to do is call Comcare and they have an advocate right there ready to help me Right now I'm in contact with Lusmari and she is fantastic !! This is a life saving Insurance Company with no cost to the needy citizen !! Highly recommend !!

I do not care for how they have people set up at doctor's office's to try and have them enroll on the spot without explaining in complete detail of their services! When asked if their current services were going to be affected the answer was not at all! The big selling point was the $130 the consumer would receive every 3 months to spend on anything they wanted. And to top it off the card you are asked to sign is the enrollment form, not just to verify information to have someone contact you. Because of this, my aunt has lost her PCA services, physical therapy as well as her companion service. I am still fighting to change everything back but even as her power of attorney they are giving me a hard time, they won't acknowledge that her signature is not valid as she can not make heath decisions on her own and yet they are still honoring it! And this company deserves 0 stars

Worst experience EVER. I’ve had this insurance for 6 months now. I don’t want to meet with their nurse practitioner once a year. Isn’t that what my doctor is for? Total waste of money and feels intrusive. When I declined I continued to get phone calls to set up an appointment. They had no records of my previous calls. They also denied a routine prescription renewal of an ointment I use for eczema (which I have had forever) and made me visit my doctor to get the prescription filled. How is that efficient? In another forum where I have a bad review a reply comment from Commonwealth gave a number to call to “resolve” my issue and it was a complete waste of my time. I’m almost 60 and this has truly been the first time in my life I’ve had so many annoying difficulties with a health insurance company.

Nothing. They cancel the ride. They may show up anyway, if the message doesn't get to the driver in time, but just tell them that you canceled the ride, and they will leave.
There is no way to book a ride online. Commonwealth Care Alliance does not offer this service. But their phone service is much quicker now.
