This place ,I wouldn't recommend to anyone! My mom was there and the nurses and aides were so rude! She is very coherent and "together" and they wouldn't listen to her ,her wants and needs, she didn't have a shower in almost a week,appalling! Please don't put your loved one in there! You'll regret it! They never came in and swept!😔

I would not have given any starts but that was not an option So mother was there six days. Recovering fromMultiple hospital stays. Ranging from a broken hip infection of the incision last night a minor heart attack she suffers from COPD congestive heart failure a fib Needless to say her health is a very delicate balancing act. Queen Anne’s nursing home in a matter of six days severely dehydrated her. Forced her to get out of bed when she was feeling lightheaded dizzy and nausea from being dehydrated this is all during Covid we are her family could not access her we called several times to voice our concerns with no avail no phone calls nothing we were told that she was depressed and she wanted to go homeClearly as her daughter sees her every day I could tell there was something other than depression going on we try to inform them about her with no phone call back so this is during Covid we can’t go in to see her but we can access her through a the slider I talk to her on the phone through the slider while we’re standing outside I did this on the day that we had made the decision to send her back to MGH nothing facility we made the decision the ambulance came in to pick her up with the stretcher the nurse at the facility tells the EMT that was transferring her that she can stand up and get into the stretcher without having them pick her up to put on it not knowing that I was on the phone I said over the phoneShe certainly cannot stand up she’s She’s been dizzy nauseous and weak for three days the PT person in there forced her to get out of bed the day before when she was so ill that she couldn’t even stand up on her own this is the place that is supposed to be helping us keeping her safe but yet she ended up back in the hospital also who does that to an 84-year-old heart failure per patient forcing them to get up I would not recommend this place they’re lucky they didn’t kill my mother the male nurse I believe his name is Claudio was absolutely abusive

This is a very clean and neat place for Elderly to be,it's not a big Community that's mean they have more care, and the customer service skill is perfect..! I love it for Mom.!
