Joe F was great! He reached out to schedule my appointment for me and made everything so easy. He was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. Best really made getting my vehicle fixed super easy and not stressful.

I will never recommend!! Terrible service, not sure they know what they’re doing sometimes. Unprofessional as the woman who was supposed to be helping me and MY car decided to call and leave messages for my father who’s listed as a secondary and NOT ME, then she decided to raise her voice with my parents, who are also Chevy owners and will never step foot in there again. I went in because my car was driving weird and had an “exhaust smell”. They thought it could’ve been leaking oil bc that car typically does when it’s old and decided we’d schedule appointments for them to check up on the oil to make sure all was fine. After the fourth appointment where I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half, while my car was sitting in the pick up line for 45 of those minutes, all to find out the oil wasn’t leaking and “we’re not sure why it smells like exhaust sorry”. Seeing that was a complete waste of my time I stopped going and decided to get my next oil change elsewhere. Mind you, it’s my first time at this new place, and as they are changing my oil say “your filter looks completely black and gross do you want a new one”. Not once did Chevy ask or even realize that the filter was far gone after the three different checks and an oil change right before that.

I was received by courteous staff, given a diagnostic upon arrival, discussed my wants and needs and told what to expect. As I requested, I was called frequently for status updates, quotes for repair work, and approval to begin service. Repairs were made and I collected the car quickly again from courteous staff, and was on my way. The only negative I experienced was the distinct smell of old coffee that would not leave (and is still in) the cabin. I am not a coffee drinker, and keep my car very clean, so this is a disappointment. Overall the experience was much better than other Chevy Dealerships I have used, and I will look to Best for future service needs.

This dealership is the best I have ever been to! Everyone is kind and friendly. Each person provides all of the information you need and assists you in every step of a purchase. David F. was the salesman I was supported by and he is definitely one of the best! He made the purchase of my new car effortless. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!
