I am back home in Boston visiting family with my fiancé. His next choice of car is Tesla. We walked in yesterday, 12/30/21 around 1pm and the gentleman who looked like the only staff posted at this location at the time was incredibly unprofessional. Was not helpful or engaging at all. You think a brand like Tesla would be careful as to who they hire as far as promoting their brand and taking the time to take care of their guests. He *one worded* us every time we asked a question - so disappointing, I was absolutely livid.

I don't see any reason why you should keep it permanently on the charger. Check status occasionally with your app, and adjust climate remotely to exercise the heating and ventilation. That will discharge the battery more than just the usual from just sitting there. When the battery falls to 20% plug it into 110V and let it slowly recharge up to 80%.

Yes there's alot of remote control you have overthe car with the pbone app. You shod be able to easily set car temperature while ykou are in rhe mall.
I don't think there's a Model 3 on display at the Boston store any more.
