Upon entering the Federal building it was very intense because I didn't know what I was going to encounter however, the immigration officer was very helpful and patient and understood my situation, overall he was very polite; I can't wait for the Oath Ceremony...God bless The United States of America

Difficult to notice from car move. Good Parking lot, nice building. Screening is easy, faster and same as the airports (metallic and X-Ray machine and more) waiting area sometimes are busy but always have space to take a seat. A lot of information, flyers, papers on table and very helpful. The only bad and horrible on this building is the employees, you got there today talk with someone, the guy telling you what have to do, you come back but the same guy is busy on OTA ceremony, the other person (the older one) saying "I don't know what you spoke to him, you need to wait until he comes back" and them say "I have many years working here and I don't know what you talking about, that's never can happen..." So we wait but we don't have enough time to stay there all day. (We call to the USCIS customer service phone number and the person on the phone say we can follow what the other guy say the first time) The older one is was very bad intension person (on my case)

No you now have to get a lawyer that handels immigration and start the process for your partner to become legal. Good luck and congratulations.
I believe professional. Good luck.
Everything is in the website www.uscis.org make sure you fill the right form, if you came with a green card with condition. You have to file the one to remove condition. Good luck. It's a long process but it's worth it

You have to make an appointment at the US Citizenship and Immigration Center to request the records of your mom's Citizenship, the center is located at 1543 Atwood Ave Johnston, RI 02919.
You need to verify your documents if they are in order since there is a law in different states that must verify the legality of the people in the country and more if they are from the five countries censored with maximum protection for terrorism and are authorized to depict them or keep them out for national security
Go to USCIS web page and ask them
You have to make appointment online through Infopass. Go to USCIS website and look for infopass and see the available day and time.
