Johnston location—-NO STARS— I bought a big Tex 14lp dump trailer in March 2021. Middle of April the power down wasn’t working and the hydraulic fluid came out of the reservoir. Brought it back to B+H and I was told it was the controller. They didn’t have extras and said they would order one. That was a Friday. On Monday I called and said they never took my name to call me when the controller comes in. I asked to confirm that the controller was ordered, I was told they would check. I called Thursday(6 days) and they still hadn’t ordered the controller. They would check with the CT location and for me to call them back. I call back and they had no answer. I’ve been sent a controller. (sent overnight). from Big Tex warrantee Dept. And it was the wrong one. Still waiting for a controller. Tomorrow is 2 weeks the dump trailer is out of service and I have jobs waiting. Unacceptable for a $10,000.00 trailer. SERVICE IS VERY POOR. They have never called me since this problem started. NEVER AGAIN!

I am having non-stop issues after purchasing a rack body from B.H. trailers. Upon picking up and paying for the bed we noticed the racks were damaged from shipping. We refused to claim the damaged racks and were told from B.H. that replacements would be shipped out right away. After more than 15 phone calls with either no return calls or updates on shipping that they could not track down, we were forced to wait three weeks for the racks to come in. When they did we drove to their location got loaded and noticed there were more damaged racks. We were told to put them on the truck and let Matt know what section was damaged and they will have to ship new ones again. We put them on the truck and not one rack fit and every one had damage. We are now at an entire month of having an 2017 350 sit idle at our shop during the busiest time of our season. I am writing this again waiting for an call back on what the status is on the racks because Matt at B.H. trailers claims that he is getting no response from this company. This is absolutely unacceptable of a company that claims professionalism
