I work close by and even though I've never actually gone inside from what I see with the people who frequent there it's a great place to train and reach your goals.
Sure. Bring them by the gym. Our kids class is every Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 5pm to 6pm. They can try it for free for 2 days to make sure they like it.
Just show up any day at 5pm to get a waiver form to sign then pay 45.00 cash and thats it. No contracts.
