They refuse service to the public, they will not allow the public to file complaints, they will not identify when asked, they are unprofessional and act like they are sovereign citizens and that the law does not apply to them.

The behavior of the police and civilian employees is atrocious. They purposely refused to assist a citizen with their inquiries and refused to ID or provide the necessary forms to do public information requests and officer complaint forms by the very officers the complaints are on. Maybe I will get the service I pay for by speaking with a member of the POLICE DEPARTMENTS COMMAND STAFF?

Call the dispatch line. Or if it's a high priority issue, call the Nevada county sheriff's department. Or 911 🤣
It's really hard to get a police report but you can probably go in and ask them

Lights within the City and Grass Valley Area are very, I'll say "Jank" as in Timing is incredibly off. Officers Discretion whether or not they feel as if viable to initiate a Traffic Stop on sed runner. However, Blatant running at crowded Intersections which may occur Weekends 9 AM - 7 PM will most likely end with a stop.
