Updated review...here we go. August will be my year mark. Me and cotc has had our ups and downs starting out , But they have taken huge steps in the right direction. No more tier type pay, 100 dollar tarp pay. Outstanding home time,I'm on a dedicated lane. They have kept there word on miles. Keeping me busy. Looking good guys. "Keep it truckin"

Been at COTC for almost 12 years and I'm so proud of the team! Everyone is willing to do whatever it takes to help each other out, get the job done and make everyone successful! It is a true team atmosphere!

Whether you leave the company on good or bad terms, they should return your personal property, they get to keep your loyalty pay but won't send you your stuff that cost a lot more then an entire paycheck... Hope you guys gave it all to someone in need because you don't provide anything to new drivers such as edge protectors, microwave, tv, tools/equipment, bedding, or even a $250 ladder that I had. Keep in mind driver's, when you quit, you can't take all your stuff on an airplane home... thanks again for treating me like "family"... it's true, family does usually treat you the worst, in the end, there isn't any loyalty.

So far 6-7 months working with these guys as a trucker and loving it. They treat you right and have very nice equipment and keep me loaded 247. So far I highly recommend.

Yeah, WAAAAAAY to many rules, & dont want to break any of those cause the Safety coordinator will be up your ass with a microscope & he'll find someway to end your employment without notice... Just a thought
A LOT!! In a year period I watched the number go from 134 to 97 drivers on the OTR fleet... my entire orientation class was 6 ppl, 5 of them quit within 6 months or less...I unfortunately wasted 14 months with them.
If you don't want to pay for CDL school, get training and experience at Swift then after a year quit and work for a company that cares about their drivers.
Yes, no problem. Also, you can get home whenever you need too.
We have automatics available
The only terminal is in Oregon
There just flatbed bed and yes that driver is right there very strict absolutely no pet they will fire you on the spot for anything and you have to tarp everything that review digit should be alot lower
