Their ad says they can get anyone approved, I've gone there twice with not so great credit but decent down payment (still building credit) and they couldn't get me approved because my credit wasn't good enough I guess. But they're perfectly fine with running your credit into the ground trying to get you approved. And the less than $1 down deals they have is only for those who have a 600-800 credit score.. so dumb!

The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the young lady who helped us was very nice and it's not her fault. Prior to our visit to Hibdon Auto, we spoke over the phone with staff. We felt special because we were told that we were gold ticket holders that guaranteed loan approval. After veiwing the available cars I had a couple choices and was told my credit wouldn't be good enough for the cars I wanted.My job history was too short and credit score too low. I felt I was being guided towards a vehicle I wasn't interested in. Not to mention these cars on this lot are ALL overpriced. By a great amount.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at this dealership! Sabrina is the woman to go to. What a sweetheart! She was patient with us and walked us through the entire process without feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Highly recommend. We absolutely love our new car!
