If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for my daughter to get her passport and I was treated as if I was begging for free service. The lady that's in charge of processing passport applications was extremely rude to my daughter and I as if she was doing us a favor. As far as I know passports are not free and even if they were that was no way to treat a customer. I gave this place a 2nd try and same treatment, she even offered me a card with her Bosses name and number if I wanted to file a complaint "I get them everyday is okay". Will never go to this post office again.

My experience here was so bad I don’t even the energy to go into details. Literally the worst of the worst! Unprofessional Inefficient Slow as a sloth Terrible costumer service .

Worse USPS office ever. Used to be great years ago. Nice agents. I lived in the neighborhood and would swing by to say hi. All my clients at Dunkin on Broadway. Good times. Not anymore. They see you but they don’t eve acknowledge you by saying “I’ll be right with you”, or “Good morning”. It was clear to me that the lady on the other side of the counter was just “taking her time” in doing her stuff, almost like “if I keep doing this slow enough she (me) might just leave”. There were only two other people in the lobby, and another agent was helping both of them with passports. I left without being waited on because after 10 minutes, what else was I supposed to do?

The employees were nice, but it was dramatically understaffed. I had to wait in a long line. Often when people got to the front after waiting for 20+ minutes they were told they couldn’t be helped with their passport or whatever. The space was cramped, and parking wasn’t great.
