For a place that gets all their items FOR FREE, you would think their prices would be fair. But nope, they’re literally priced at retail or just slightly lower for worn out items. They should be trying to help the community by pricing things at an affordable price especially for used items. I used to think 2A was overpriced but now I would go to 2A over this place any day

Waiting in line to check out, there were four employees at the counter. One was checking a customer out and the other three were watching a video and laughing while customers were waiting. I pointed this out when I was finally called to the counter. The employees were very rude and noted that only two registers were working. I pointed out that if only two registers were working, maybe the other employees watching videos should be actively working away from the counter. The perception of them sitting around laughing at videos while customers are waiting is that customers are not their priority. One of the employees continued to respond that they were working as I was walking out. Very rude and obviously didn’t get the message that perception goes a long way. The supervisor was the one actually showing the video to the other employees. My wife goes there a few times a week and we donate items there at least a few times a year. Time to look for a place that prioritizes their customers better than Good Stuff Thrift. Definitely not on par with the other Goos Stuff stores in the region.

The reason I gave Good Stuff one star is because I had a very bad shopping experience on March 24, 2022 at 19:09. First of all the cashiers just looked bored and not anyway interested in customers. At the start of my order at check out I gave the girl 2 of their punch cards. One was ready for the discount. She had no paper to wrap breakable items. After I paid I asked her if I had gotten my senior discount. She said no. They don’t give it unless you tell them. When I looked at my receipt she did not give me the Good Stuff $15.00 Customer Loyalty Card discount. So, I ended up paying full price for my entire purchase. I am very disappointed that there was no personal service. Their prices have gotten higher and their service has gotten lower. The aisles are very narrow and their shelves look like the merchandise is just thrown on the shelves. It is not organized or put out in a nice arrangement. The items are dirty and you should definitely wash anything you purchase including the books.

Very clean and friendly staff. Got some really good deals on all the clothes, t-shirts, shorts, skirts, and jeans. Plus if you are a loyalty member, you get a card that they punch for every $15 you spend. After 10 punches, you get $15 off …

Sundays is closed
I'm pretty sure if standing in front of counter turn right go to almost back of store and fabrics are hanging up after the auction area!
They are hiring. I saw a sign in the window but call ahead for position details.
You want to know if they accept them. Yeah they accept
It's not a consignment shop. It's a Thrift store who takes donations.
Georgeann, I'm sorry, but I don't know the answers to your 2 questions. I CAN tell you that all of the staff are extremely helpful in any way they can be. I would think that for such an outstanding establishment, they would provide a receipt, but again, I don't know. If you give them a call or take a ride up there, they will help in any way. I hope this was helpful.
Good stuff usually closes on holidays.
Yes. Just drop off and get receipt at that time.
