Clean, not too crowded. V ery good exhibits and they are doing a lot of work at this time to make life better for both the animals and attendees.

Would give zero stars if I could. I came from North Carolina visiting Massachusetts, and wanted to take my kids to the zoo so my little one could see the animals. When I looked at the pictures, the place looked beautiful with a variety of different animals, a splash pad for my toddler, and cheap tickets. When we went, we left about 10 to 15 minutes later after arriving. There were around 12 animals, Lions, emu, alpaca, goats, red fox, 2 otters, a snake, and only a couple others i don’t remember the name for. When I looked at the website it stated that they had animals like zebra, rhinos, and other REGULAR zoo animals which as far as I saw was false advertisement. They have extremely small enclosures for the animals, even for the lions even though there is a male and a female inside. They also take care of their animals cheaply. Like for example when we went to go see a some type of tiny fox, they literally had coffee canisters with newspapers inside of them and the kong treat toys that are used for dogs inside their enclosure. They have a bunch of things closed and some have signs saying that more animals are supposedly coming soon. This is NOT a zoo. The zoo itself is also small too. I would try and get my money back if it wasn’t such a hassle. I DO NOT recommend this backyard BARN.

Small zoo that could be really good if all the animals were ever available. This last visit at least three of the exhibits were closed including the rain forest and sea otters. They do have a nice playground outside the zoo and they have a lion but I feel like it gets worse every time we go. $9 entry fee for adults, $7.50 for kids.

It is a great way to spend a couple hours as a group visiting the exhibits and capturing a few fun photos. Have returned several times over the years. Also the adjacent park areas we have used for small group picnics. We usually leave the gift shop with one new plush friend to bring home. Today it was "Rocky" the River Otter! Last time "Foxy".

You are better off getting the season pass. Family of 5 daily admission cost me over $45.00 then we upgraded to a season pass for an addition $40.00 and we can go as often as we wish.

Well we got a family pass but we had to pay to go to capron but we get a discount but we can go to Franklin Park zoo Stone zoo for free & a few other zoo's
I suggest you call the Zoo office directly. If you are based in Attleboro or perhaps work with ARC, I will assume they will take care of you. My son is at a group home in Attleboro and us a frequent guest there and loves it.
They still do concerts the whole place has changed its a small zoo for kids they do charge to much we love Southwick zoo over all zoo's
No its a small zoo The main attraction is the lions. Great for little kidos and kill a couple hours .
Outside of the zoo. I believe inside the zoo is service animals only.
Free entry, no appointments needed.
The zoo does not allow allow either pets or outside food to be brought into the zoo. However, the zoo sits inside Capron Park which also includes a playground and the park itself is a popular dog walking spot as there are is plenty of open spaces and winding paths.
The park itself is open to the public and free. The zoo within the park charges daily fees or membership rates.
Call them. They may change their hours depending on the season
They have a sloth bear.
Yes they do
I dont believe there is an admission price, although I haven't been for a while so what do I know 😂 maybe there was and I don't remember...
Depends on how old you are, I think.
If you're a non attleboro resident it's $9 for 13 and up 2 and under are free and $7.50 for 3 and up.
This may have been expanded to twice a year. Zoo Boo in October, Winter Nights in December
They do not offer wheelchair rentals but the park is accessible if you have your own.
Yeah they aren't that serious about it. Just clean up your mess and you're good.
It's a small zoo.
Service dogs only
Only the cost for animal food
I have read that they are mythical and do not exist. We were there today and I did not see any pictures of a Jackrabbit with Antlers. I took and shared many pictures too and reviewed all of them to make sure I was correct with this answer.
