They were very rude from the start. 1st day I was there I asked the receptionist if there was anyone that could help me. As I was told there is only one person who does so isn’t there. I filed my paperwork. Called left numerous messages not to have any returned. I finally got a hold of the woman that does file the paperwork 3 days later, to be told I’m being combative for asking what specifically I need for paperwork. Asked for a supervisor who continued the argument I was combative. Then I arrived a 2nd time asking what paperwork I needed. What document specifically. To get the director who said I was combative within 3 mins of speaking. And when I asked what I was being combative of to be referred to my conversation with the supervisor, which he was not there for nor does that explain how I was combative in our current conversation. He continued with the conversation by asking me very personal question. I told them it was embarrassing and inappropriate to ask these questions and what this had to do with housing. Then I had the supervisor accuse me of being a drug addict because she miss read court documents to the director taunting me. I’m so beyond upset with Weymouth housing authority, the entire staff needs to be evaluated. “I’m a public servant not to put up with the public’s crap” shouldn’t be your slogan, should never even be said! I’m not going to stop at google, everyone should know how you “don’t help people like me”.. I’m disabled, then who do you help??? #frustrated #sad #humiliated #embarrassed #ashamed #disgusted
