We were campang nearby we noticed the faucet in our RV was leaking. Not wanting to make the 40 minute trip to the closest Home Depot we took a chance at Bruce's, a mere 10 min drive. I'm glad we did! I was pleasantly surprised that they had the exact cartridge we needed to fix the leak. The folks there were so nice, a real pleasure to find them when we did, now we can continue to enjoy our vacation.

EVERYTIME we go to Bruce's Hardware he has what we need. Very kind, patient and knowledgeable..All the staff members are nice, know the store and what they are doing. Can't say that about other atores! The dog is still our favorite part of going!

Wonderfully helpful and friendly people work here! We are from out of town, and happened to need something unexpectedly. I’m glad we did—it was a treat to come in and enjoy the nice customer service and homey atmosphere of this good old-fashioned family hardware store. Somebody (maybe Bruce?) even gave me a recommendation for someone local who was willing to take our broken boat trailer off of our hands after it snapped an axle. I wish I could clone your store and take it home with me, so I could shop there all the time. The people of Otis are lucky to have a business like this in their community.
