My sewer was blocked and I had so much water in cellar. Everything in celllar has too be deleted from cellar. The work went fast and fabulous. Carlos and his personnel proformed with professional manner and great work areas. Felix Checo took me through the paperwork and all the items that I did not know. Hi Larry, The unit needs to have the coils cleaned with a foaming coil cleaner. The unit is not condensing / removing humidity from the air efficiently, allowing moisture to settle on the outside. Wipe down all visible/accessible areas with antimicrobial, then clean the coils by dry vacuuming first, then spray on a foaming coil cleaner. Leave the foam on, run the unit, it should self rinse. Hope this helps.
