This company, mainly Bill Sandford, is a total scam. I rented a room in a town house from them for my daughter and immediately upon moving in we noticed none of the locks worked properly and it looked like the front door had been kicked in several times and was held together with about 10 screws. We requested that these be fixed but they never were. The washer and dryer were also not working and took over a month to be fixed . The moment I left after moving her in, Bill shows up at the place and very aggressively yells at my daughter and tells her things were not filled out properly and she could be arrested for being there. This caused her to immediately call me crying and wanted to come home. She was scared of this man and did not want to see him again. I straightened all that out and he continued to harass her and the other two girls in the place by showing up unannounced and harassing them. He also sent a repair person there unannounced to do repairs that were not needed or requested in the girls bathrooms. I would not leave your kids alone around this man. I personally believe he just likes showing up and intimidating young college girls. She was so upset and scared of Bill Sandford that she only stood there about a month then came back home and finished the semester remotely. Upon leaving the unit I requested a walk-through with him to make sure there were no issues and I was denied this request by him and his company. They said we needed to vacate the room and then they would look at it themselves a week later. After waiting over a month for the security deposit check back, I received a check with a bunch of money deducted from it. According to him the drain in the bathroom needed to be cleaned even though there was no issues with it and I was charged for it. Also he apparently pulled something off the wall in the common area and tore the paint and charged me for it even though two other girls are still currently living there. Again there was no issue with that when we left. This company seems to prey on college students and get money out of them however they can. Do not get involved with them.

I rented from AHB Realty in August of 2021 and after renting from many Realtors over the years I will say that this company is the best. They are on top of any maintenance request. The office is super friendly. Great source for rental property.

524 Logistics LLC

I rented a property from AHB Realty for a year. Lived there 30 days out of the 365 days. I am a single man with no kids and no pets. I fully complied to the agreement requirements and was not reimbursed in full my deposit. The comments stated that they had to do "touch up paint" ... really I never lived in the house!!!! In addition from the 1st month I lived there, I had to call the plumber 3x as I always had sewer issues which is in their records, now they are stating that they found rags .. really ? rags??? . This is just a way for them not to reimburse the full deposit. They deducted $635.75 which was half of the deposit amount. What a rip off!!!! Reporting them to the small business bureau.
