I work here and it is a very fun and engaging atmosphere. I have had a lot of fun being able to help people with parties and play laser tag. You can also have the staff deliver civi's pizza to you it is a lot of fun and we are focused on making the experience for the customer easier and more fun.

We visted for my sons 6th birthday. The facility was clean, so much fun, and Debbie at the front desk goes so above and beyond with customer service! She alone made our visit so special! Thank you for caring so much for your guests!

My daughter visited this attraction multiple times with her daycare. She is actually the one providing the information for this review. She said that the laser tag was fun, but the arcade games were broken. She managed to win a MP3 player from one of the games, but we never got it to work. Unfortunately, she wasted her money trying to win something she can’t use. She said that the vending machines were out of service. This may be fixed at this point. She actually visited a few months ago. She was upset after thinking about her experience and having to dispose of the MP3 player. She wanted me to do the review and give 1.5 stars. I’m going to do 3 stars because she is a child and she did have fun doing the laser tag. That is the whole point of the facility. I also read where the owner responded saying that they do not own the arcade. I can’t take stars away for that. She also said that the mask rule was not enforced and that the staff did not have on mask. I understand not wanting to turn away clients. I don’t understand not enforcing your staff to wear mask. There may be a valid reason so I will not speculate. Also, the mask mandate was not in effect during her visit. Overall, she was disappointed with her experience. She said the woman working there was rude to her and told her she shouldn’t have used the arcade game when she requested a refund. This is the reason for my review. I don’t like that she was treated poorly by the staff. If the games do not work, please put a sign on there. This was her 4th or 5th visit. She said every visit was the same. Again, things may have improved and I will allow her to go back if she wants. I will be sure to go as well so that issues can be addressed at that time. I will make sure to update this review if she does return.

How are the arcade game prices? Do they take coins, tokens, or is there a card? Can you redeem them for prizes? And is there a minimum amount?

Arcade and redemption games vary in price between $0.25 and $1.00. Our air hockey is $2.00. The machines do not take coins. Instead we use a card system where you can buy an arcade card from our kiosk machine in any amount $1.00 and up. The kiosk takes cash or credit/debit cards. The cards also store an electronic version of the tickets that are won on any of the redemption games. Minimum prize from our prize hub is 25 tickets, however, we have a grab bag for cards that have less than 25 tickets on them. The dollar amount and tickets on the card never expire and can be used during a future visit.

My six year old has played numerous times. They put a piece of tape over the hand sensor on the front of the laser gun making it easier for a small child to hold and shoot.
