This is in response to the owner on my previous post. Both employees explicitly informed me that the vape batteries were broke. I took a chance the first time and they were right. It's not their fault and I'm grateful for them telling me. You need to stop selling broken products or start offering refunds like the other shops in the area.

I wouldn’t suggest going to this place unless you want dud air bars that die an hour after leaving the store. Then when you call them to ask if you could just show them & get a new one they say “no you probably got A dud!” Horrible customer …
