Took my dog to the day camp. She is very playful and easy going. She came back full of energy as if she had spent the whole day in a kennel. She was also crying on the way home which is very unusual for her. Turns out her bladder was full and she could not hold it anymore. So, yes. She was kept in a kennel. Awful! Absolutely awful! Do not take your pets there!

Mitch is absolutely a customer service asset to Petsmart . He knows how to deal with problems that customers throw at him. I praise him for what he did to make me stay as a customer at the Woodruff rd store and will be back for my futures purchases..

Took my 5 month old Miniature Goldendoodle to PetSmart Woodruff Rd. Greenville SC for a 3 night stay at the pet hotel and too my surprise it will not happen again. My baby does not look like the same puppy we dropped of Friday. He looks as if he's laid in urine since he got there. He has began to mat up and im.sure he will have to be shaved once his groomer gets him. He smells like a urine barrel, his fluffy tail looks like it has been sprayed with hair spray. I'm so upset I can hardly see straight. We have used PetSmart hotel for years with our Pitbull and have not ever had this problem. I don't know what could have happened and they can't seen to tell me what happened. I need some answers from someone ASAP. This is beyond ridiculous 😒🤔😒🤔😒 I really wish I could add pictures

Petsmart as a store is ok and would give more stars but because of their grooming salon I would like to give them a zero. I mean, just look at the place, dirty, dirty, dirty. I have read other reviews where people mentioned their dogs got sick there. I don't doubt it with all that hair around. And before anyone says, well, what do you expect. Let me tell you, I expect them to clean and pick up the hair after every dog. Is that to much to ask??? Yuck, yuck, yuck.
