Terrible customer service. Ordered dog food with same day delivery and it was dropped off at a different house and the salesperson on the phone could care less. Said to contact DoorDash even though I had no link or any contact information for DoorDash.

The grooming department brings this store scores down. I have tried three times at this grooming department and I just give up. I have found a smaller privately owed groomer and my dogs and I are much happier. I suggest you look for a non chain store groomer!

Called the morning of to confirm the grooming salon’s hours: open til 7pm. I rushed to get off work, drive home to get my dog, and drive to to the salon to have my dogs nails ground. Their nail grinding services are walk in only so I wasn’t able to make an appointment. I get there, lights are off and no one in sight. Staff member tells me they’re closed. When I told her I called to confirm the hours, she shrugged and said they left at 5:30. Thanks for wasting my time.

Pet friendly place. The employees are all very knowledgeable when it comes to birds, fish, reptiles, dogs, cats and aquatic plants. I buy for a turtle and a bird and ferrets. I have a few other pets that I purchase for elsewhere, but this is my go to place for most of my pet supply needs.

That’s what puppies do at that age. Maybe give her chew toys or bones so she knows that it’s ok to chew on certain things and if she gets mouthy with say your hands, tell her “no!” Firmly.
Hi Kay. I work in the pet care department. If they dont like the blocks try the chews. They have all types of designs. Your hampster might like softer objects. We have all sorts of chews. Some look like popcorn buckets, rainbows, there's so many to name lol. Hope this helps! And thank you for choosing petsmart!
They allow dogs in the store. They do not sell dogs.

No, a quick web search tell me that they operate about 800 of their clinics inside Petsmart stores, for which they pay rent.
