My father is super sick, needed some theraflu. The only box that they had was open and had some missing. Acting manager would not give any discount which is okay, but then would not let me even buy it. I was very polite telling her I needed it. She said she couldn't. Which is not true, anyone working retail knows especially walmart. Really, they could have given discount, she could have offered to look in back she could have done alot of things, but instead stood at service desk with bunch of employees as there store shelf are empty.

I just wanted to say what your employee Lisa Turner is amazing! I thought I left a bag at the store on Saturday (it is Monday morning as I write this). I called and spoke to Lisa Turner. I told her I couldn't locate the receipt, so she checked and called back saying it was not there. She asked me the time I was there and offered to check the camera to see if it was left. While she was checking the camera, I found my item at home and called her to tell her. We had a good laugh because one of my kids put the laundry detergent in the pantry. LOL When I called initially, after not locating my bag she could have easily said, "ma'am without your receipt and no way to verify your purchase (I paid in cash), there is nothing I can do", but she went above and beyond. Thank you Lisa Turner, you're amazing!!

This store is similar to other Walmart Neighborhood stores that I have been in, only smaller. In addition to the expected limited selection, the aisles are very narrow and hard to shop. The produce section is very tight on space, making it difficult to get a cart through. It is good for picking up a few common items but that is about it. Despite all of that, the people who work in this store are very nice and helpful.
