Stayed here 3 nights. The room felt dirty as there were all kinds on marks on the wall. The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. There was only one set of towels. Asked for a room change and was told by the general manager that there were no rooms available. However, when I went online, I was able to book a room. Even called their reservation # who tried to get through to the front desk to find out why we were told there were no rooms available. She couldn’t get through after a 5 minute wait. The beds are small. Even Holiday Inn Express has queen beds in their rooms. The furniture in the lobby was in very bad shape. It is like this hotel has not been touched since it opened in 1980. To top it all off, my niece tried to check in on Saturday with a confirmed reservation and was told they were overbooked. She had to find another place to stay on her own at 11:30 at night. The hotel is definitely not worthy of the Hilton name. Would not stay here again.

Stayed for two nights. Room was comfortable and clean. Refrigerator didn't work. No replacement till next day. On day two Housekeeping never showed up to clean our room while we were out, so at 5pm we decided to cancel our request for service. Jacuzzi worked fine on day one. Next day it was closed all day due to "chemical balance." ( I don't understand why it couldn't be fixed within a couple hours.) Staff is very nice. Nicklebys restaurant very nice and good casual food and drinks. Excellent waiter. Morning brunch is nice. The two pools are great. Couldn't get room service on the phone for a food order. Guess staffing is a problem. The grounds are lovely. Overall beautiful facility but need to get their act together with some services and keep that jacuzzi working! The jacuzzi was one of the reasons we chose to stay there!

Positive: This hotel had a very nice property, enjoyed the grounds immensely. Staff did try to accommodate, our room was supposed to include a fridge but it didn't so they did send one up to us. Negative: Rooms were small, outdated décor but bed was comfortable. Shower had very poor water pressure, towels looked old and had stains. Very cheap on supplies, only 2 towels in bathroom.

The grounds are lovely. That's the extent of my positive comments. Room was dirty, like clumps of hair and nastiness dirty. There was mold in the shower. Only a few of the lights worked, despite messing with all the various configurations. The hairdryer was stuck on cold. Not nearly enough towels, especially considering if your stay is under 3 days, you don't get maid service or any fresh amenities. The bathroom light didn't work. The shower had a slant for drainage, but the floor was slippery and there wasn't adequate safety handles. Worst of all, it is a long walk from the parking lot to the 2 elevators for the entire hotel, and from there it is a long walk to the rooms. So not handicapped friendly, at all. Would absolutely never recommend.
