My boyfriend bought a truck there last week and we are beyond pleased! The truck is in terrific condition and the price was way below what it is worth! They give you great deals for good quality. The owners are very nice and accommodating to your needs. Joe spent almost 3 hours with us helping us to find the right vehicle for my boyfriend. They did not rush us or make us feel like a pain. Joe’s wife was extremely organized and had us on the road in a matter of days. They are extremely professional. You get a standard warranty on the vehicles as they are used but the prices seem wholesale for how great they are. Everyone at his job has been complimenting him on the vehicle and he has been giving everyone the name and address of this great establishment. He will be buying all his work trucks there from now on. Very trustworthy people and honest up front with vehicles. Thank you so much, you rock!!!

I just bought a vehicle there. It is in excellent shape with low miles for the age. It was a better deal than I could have found anywhere else. There was a large selection of trucks, not just 2-3 as at most used car dealers. I could have possibly gotten a better deal by buying private party, but that is not the same thing as buying an ex fleet vehicle that has been well maintained. Upstate did not charge me a $250-$500 document fee as most dealers do. They have cars for sale as well, not just trucks. Clearly they have a business formula that is working and are offering a great product at a great price.

I have bought about 35 trucks and other vehicles from Upstate Auto in the last 16 years. I have bought for 3 different companies. I also brought up at least ten private individuals who have bought vehicles. I have always gotten very good deals and have never had a problem. Check around first than go to Upstate before you buy. You will save money.

I purchased a couple Dodge vans here about 10 years ago and they were great for the money. I went back a week ago and purchased a utility vehicle. I feel like I got a great work truck for the money I paid. This is NOT your fancy high pressure dealership so don't be surprised when you don't get paraded around the lot buy a guy in a fancy suit. My purchase from the time I drove in until the time I drove out took about 30 minutes. They were easy to deal with and seem to be very honest. This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a previous fleet vehicle without spending a fortune.
