Dear. Variety Wholesalers, Inc. I was trying to get some customer service from Avante she was rude turned her back when I was talking to her and told me she'd be glad for me to call the manager! unfortunately manager doesn't come in till 5:30 but the service that I received from Avante that's supposed to be the "manager on duty" Her ignorant behavior was unexcusable ... I will be communicating discriminating behavior against disable people to my AARP Legal representative for discriminating against a protected class! Cc: CEOJames Arthur "Art" Pope AARP Legal Team

I shop many Rose's department stores Georgetown,Myrtle Beach, almost any where we travel that has a Rose's and I hate to say the Rose's I shop the most has the worst customer care service, when checking out I ask how are you doing to day? Ok is the answer well not looking for a big conversation I left it alone, she cashier checked me out really slow then reached out to hand me my recipe with out even looking or saying one word then proceded to check out next person. Then 2 days later got worse. Had to make a return the cashier was counting her money in her wallet then talked about a woman that ame in that morning was laughing and joking before taking my receipt then spent a very long time looking at numbers to confirm the pants and the receipt matched the line backed up 8 people long and she still talked and joked threw out while working on my return. This store really needs a good management.

Terrible customer service. The manager was unprofessional and uncaring to what I was asking. When I told her I didn't have to spend my money here,she said that was my choice and basically couldn't care less
