Lovely stand with beautiful produce and other food items. Apple picking when in season. Their seasonal boxes are filled with beautiful seasonal vegetables and fruit. Great customer service that keeps me returning to see what’s new.

The best orchard around!! Staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable- they always gave time for questions and help! Quality of all produce is top notch! We've picked our own apples and pumpkins, and also purchased other pre-packed fresh fruit. We also love their homemade donuts and fresh pressed cider! Always worth the trip!

Cute, easy access, and trees packed with easy to pick fruit!! We brought out own bags, walked all around the orchard and picked all we wanted. Signs show which type of apple you are picking. We brought them back to the farm stand and got them weighed. My husband and 2 sons each got a local rootbeer and we bought a few pears. In total we picked a little over 31 pounds of apples. Total cost for all was about $49. Sad they didn't have fresh donuts for sale but it was a Friday afternoon and there weren't any other people at the farm. We would totally visit again.

Cute, quiet orchard with oodles of variety off the beaten path. Highly recommend for a low-key afternoon of apple picking!

Unfortunately, due to recent changes in Federal health laws we ask that you leave all of your furry, non-service family members at home (we will leave it up to your own discretion if your human family members with ZZ Top beards or man buns are allowed to attend family apple picking excursions)
Yes we have plenty of Gala and Fuji trees. Best time for Gala is towards the beginning of the season and the best time for Fuji is towards the end. If you would like to buy both at once (either off the shelf or PYO) we recommend coming in early-mid October.
As has already been said, all of our PYO products you pick the fruit first and pay on the way out, there is no admission fee. It is becoming more common for farms to charge per bag initially to prevent theft but so far you all have been very respectful and not taken advantage. We plan on keeping our PYO operations running as they have for multiple decades as a thank you for your loyalty and courtesy. If you need more information on pick your own check out the pick your own page of our website https://kimball.farm/pages/pick-your-own or give us a call at (978) 433-9751.
We offer PYO strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, flowers, pumpkins, and apples. For product seasons and more info check out the PYO page of our website https://kimball.farm/pages/pick-your-own. The price of our products fluctuates from year to year based on our labor and production expenses so we unfortunately cannot give a universal answer that will translate from season to season - you will have to call us at (978) 433-9751 to confirm this year's price. What we can say is that for all of our PYO products we try to charge about 50-60% of what we charge retail. For example, this year (2022) we charged $8/quart retail for strawberries in the farm stand and $4/ pound PYO (a quart weighs approximately 1 pound).
PYO apples start in early September and usually will last through mid-November depending on when we get a hard frost but we will have the most diversity of apple varieties from mid-September through mid-October. You can check the PYO page of our website https://kimball.farm/pages/pick-your-own or call the farm stand (978) 433-9751 with any other questions.
