I was very disappointed with my Drive-thru experience around 2:15 p.m. today. I ordered a chulupa combo, with a Gatorade fruit punch. My service was great but my food was cold, and the lettuce was brown around the edges. Also, my drink had all water and no syrup. I wish i could get my money back that was rough.

35 minutes...Food not made correctly ( no meat in a chicken quesadilla, beans and rice in 2 Burrito Supremes, no sauce on 4 Mexican pizzas...no meat..only rice in a beefy 5 layer... This isn't the first time.. figured I would give time to redeem themselves... didn't happen 🤬

47 minutes to get a Mexican pizza from the time I got in line,redicules, and don't blame it on pandemic B/S, Short staff, taco Bell is too cheap to hire, I know a fast food manager who has their application in with them for over a year,no call,so staff shortage my butt,more like greed on the part of Taco Bell and many other restaurants

The food here is pretty decent but the customer service is a**. Other than that food is pretty good but they definitely need some better customer service. I’ve been there two days straight now and the females who was working there sounded like they hated their job and took it out on me. definitely need to retrain them!!!
