These consignment places do not come and pick up your furniture, you have to bring it to them and see if it's something they will take and then discuss price. I've called in the past before and that's what they told me the same thing

They have everything! If you can't find some thing you like stop by every 4 days or so until you do. They have new stuff coming almost every day.

They don't really "exchange" things. They'll buy your coffee table if they can use it (and don't expect to get a lot for it), and you can use that money to buy something they have. Depending on what you pick out, you could have money left over.
