My kiddo wanted to rent a tux for his 5th grade graduation and we thought why not? We went in for the fitting, and sadly when we went back the next week to pick it up, it didn't fit! The staff at this location were incredibly helpful in finding an alternate solution to help my kid feel awesome and dapper. Kudos to Amanda and this team for their efforts in resolving an unfortunate situation!

Love this place! You will have a wait, like almost anywhere these days, there are not enough employees for the demand, HOWEVER, once these amazing people call your name they are 100% invested in making sure you get everything you need and you are completely satisfied. I was not impressed with upper management and the way she spoke to the employees and rushed them in front of customers but I will not hold that against the employees. These guys are great!

Chase is the man! There were probably 20 people in the store and only three workers, so I had to wait a little (not a big deal) but man did he do a great job of helping everyone, making sure everyone got what they came in for, were happy with their purchases/rentals, and made sure everything was in order for me. I’ve even called a few times in the past and he’s always been very helpful.

Absolutely loved our experience here! Mrs. Darlene was helpful from the moment we walked in the store this Monday. She was kind and listened to what I was looking for, for my son. She gave us her opinions and her co workers helped as well. Me and my family enjoyed her help.
