Horrible customer service, complete waste of time

Tried calling for a TV repair. I ended up talking to a very depressed sounding woman who told me they don't repair TVs and that was it. I told her the website says you do and she just said "no" with such attitude. So I just decided to just hangup from the awful customer service, she must hate her job.

I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning. They called and said they didn't have a technician in my area and could they reschedule. They rescheduled for Friday 9-12. They called Friday morning and asked to reschedule to the afternoon. Then they called and said the technician was having an issue and could they reschedule to Saturday. The appointment was scheduled 12 - 2. Again they called that the tech was having a problem and could they reschedule again. This time he was supposed to arrive at 4. It's now 535 pm and still no tack and no call. This is the WORST customer service I have EVER encountered DO NOT USE the GEEK techs from Best Buy!

These guys were very friendly and showed my problem was important to them to take care of. I cannot say enough how well the warranty issue went. The really nice thing is its not like I can only deal with them on the phone like other warrantys you get for phones I can also deal with them one on one.

I've had very good experiences with the geek squad.
I did the same thing to my IMac keyboard but Inlet it dry for a day bedore plugging itnin and it was okay except a few sticky buttons. Bit if you had power to yours and it was still damp its probably damaged and is why ots not working now. Moisture finally got to it
We can send them out to service the pricing depends on variables of if you bought a protection plan through and if not what's wrong with the device, the quote time is 2-3 weeks
