I have just bought a new dog recently and needed some assistance in fencing and dog collars. One of the workers, I believe her name was Mrs. Karen, was very helpful and patient with me. She talked me through the items that I would need to install an underground fence and also the collar I would need. As she was helping me, another employee interrupted and told her that there were other customers who needed help and she needed to hurry up helping me. As Mrs. Karen continued to ensure that I got the products that I needed for my new dog, the other staff member continued to say that she was the only one working or doing anything. Although I am giving 3 stars in this review, Mrs. Karen's customer service was 5 STARS! Thank you for all your help and ensuring I got what I needed! To the other employee: You need more customer service training!

Sorry management. They act like they hate for you to even ask them a question. One of the girls working in there has a bad attitude and very disrespectful to customers. I overheard her constantly cussing one night when I came to buy cat food. I asked her if she had a specific cat food in stock and she acted like I was wasting her time by asking a question. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
