As a female who knows very little about guns, Rich was fantastic in handling my many questions and patient with me changing my mind more than once on what I wanted him to do with the sale of my deceased husbands rifles and shot guns. Their pricing is fair and competitive and he pointed out how they came up with their price, he explained different facets of the guns which was interesting, they had so much patience with me that I felt guilty taking up so much of their time. They are never too busy to take time to answer questions and offer advice. The store is small but we have always been able to get whatever it is we are looking for.
