Went in to get an icee, and as usual, 3 of the 4 flavors were broken. Also, the soft serve vanilla icecream machine was still broken. I don't understand why they can't fix these machines ๐. It's summer and hot, and customers really want these delicious treats. I did get the blue raspberry icee since it was the only one working and opted for an Arnold Palmer smoothie which was very good. I missed 2 free icecream rewards because the icecream machine was constantly broken. Not happy about that.

Just picked up a steak and cheese sub, only to later find the bread was barely toasted, the cheese wasn't melted, and the meat was almost ice cold. Be sure to check before leaving the store. Very disappointed in the service.

Every single person Iโve had the displeasure of interacting with at this location acts and sounds as though theyโve been lobotomized. Drive thru never takes less than 20 minutes, even for a single canned beverage, every single time I go through drive thru I end up having to come in to even get my order to be seen. Never clean, never stocked, staff will stand between the registers and the kitchen having a conversation while the line builds up out the door. Itโs a shame too, because literally every other Sheetz in this state offers a fast and friendly experience. I also canโt recall ever seeing a manager on duty, especially during times when the children you have running this place desperately need somebody who knows what theyโre doing to be present.

Nice and friendly staff. Made to order food is always a good choice although it's pricey for fast food. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Love the free automated air pump.

Try your credit/debit card company. Maybe there is an issue there? Or go inside and ask to speak with a manager. Perhaps they can provide you with a phone number to call to get the issue resolved.
