If your looking for complete peaceful alone, romantic or even friend time... THIS IS 1 of the places I visit frequently. The key word in this review is PEACEFUL. It's you and nature. The Oswego river runs through there. There's also an old wooden bridge (non operable) that you can walk over. You can find green/blue to aqua rock formations from the old mining industry that once lived. SUPER COOL! ****BRING TICK & BITING FLY SPRAY**** The ticks are terrible!!!!

Nice quiet place with much history. Shame the state had to cover the remains of the furnace. Vandals ruin everything 😠
