Awesome customer service. Showed up last week for a simple key duplication and saw the shop was temporarily closed due to being on a service call. Luckily, an employee was still sitting in one of their vehicles and saw me looking confused at the sign in the window. He asked me if I needed help and ran in to make me two copies of my key before leaving for his service call. Super nice, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be back here for all my key needs in the future (much better than dealing with the Big Box stores). Thank you so much again for your help that day. I wish I had gotten your name, but you seriously helped me out immensely.

About 2 weeks ago, I went to change the battery in my car FOB for my Mazda 2 - the whole thing cracked and broke. I called the Mazda dealership to see about getting a new key/ FOB and they quoted a cost of almost $400.00 (ridiculous!!!). I called Locksmith Philly - and they were able to cut a new key and program the car doors for less than half of what the dealership wanted. They worked quite efficiently and competently and together as a team with one guy cutting the new key in a new FOB - and another guy programming the car doors. They were pleasant, polite, efficient and fair. I would definitely recommend.
