this office is very interested in their patients. They are very caring, knowledgeable, understanding of patients with a hearing handicap. Dr O'Boyle and her assistant, Evangeline take time to discuss your specific hearing problems. they give you solutions to solve your problem. Wearing hearing aids for many many years, this is the first office to willingly spend as much time as needed with the patient-not like so many offices that try to see as many patients as possible. As a user of hearing aids, Dr O'Boyle understands the problems and issues that arises wearing hearing aids. I give this office the highest accolades possible. i highly recommend this office.

I am so disappointing of this service. I went here because I read so many nice reviews. I have to admit they did all the testing and gave me all recommendation and I left with nice feeling. They promised me to send my result by email and by mail. I need to bring these result to my UCLA doctor. So, Hearing Associates are NOT sending me my results!!! I called five times and no luck. I don't have my paperwork. My UCLA appointment should be cancelled ( I was wait for it a few months ).
