Came for an oil change was asked did I want my Cabin air filter changed because it was dirty I didn’t want to pay $51 for this change I would figure it out got back in my car pieces to my glove Compartment was not put back & my things where thrown on the floor! Unacceptable I was told I’m sorry he did that but not offered to fix it.

Statesville shop has FINALLY got it together, Chris (manager) is exactly what it needed to bring us back to Mr Tire! Thanks Chris for doing YOU and your knowledge, personality, compassion and going above and beyond is what customer service is all about! So glad that this store has YOU as the manager. The last guy is the reason we left and went to another store. Hoping you will be staying a long time and that corporate does it’s best to keep you on as this store’s manager!!! You listened to our needs and offered other products (we get that) but helped us with exactly what we wanted and needed! I would recommend this store as long as you are their manager! Spreading the word for sure.

New to the area, so I googled places I could get my oil changed. Nowwww people have warned me of how prejudice this area could be so I always have my guard up. I walked in and it was like a record scratch but no one acknowledged me at all. I waited and gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I approached the counter the lady just cut her eyes at me and walked away. You know most people in customer service at least let you know to hold on, they’ll be right with you… I walked right on out because I had my daughter with me and didn’t want to make a scene. Funny how they were speaking to, helping and addressing the white males that were in there as well.

Found myself stranded inStatesville, NC on the way home to Va with a busted tire. Did not feel good about traveling the rest of the trip on the small spare. I called Mr Tire hoping to get a new tire on the slim chance e at 3 pm on Saturday I could get service! The staff at Mr. Tire was incredible! Did not try to sell me more tires than I needed. Handled the situation so professionally!! I can not thank them enough! Give them your business if you are local. You will not regret it! Thank you Mr Tire! L. Sieber ( Roanoke, Va)
