I went here because my battery died in the parking lot across the street and I was hopeful they’d be able to get me rolling ASAP. I went in and Antonio hooked me up with a new battery and even carried it to my car and took the old one back with him. He really saved my day. Never been to this place before but that extra effort definitely made an impression on me. I’ll be back.

Zack helped me out today. I had a question about a phone not charging and a question about dimmable LED bulbs. He was super helpful and knowledgeable, which is what is important to me when I walk into a battery store. Thanks!

If I could I would give 0 stars! Sometimes I really wonder if these businesses want to have any earnings or customers? I don’t write reviews often but this time I have to. Today I was looking for a place to test and possibly change the car battery and the closest one at the time was Batteries Plus. The guy who works inside (I didn't catch his name on the tag) was totally uninterested in going outside and testing the battery in my car and when I asked how much it costs and whether they install if I buy a battery from them, he answered that he has to clean the terminals on my car because he can't read the voltage or whatever (he later tried to clean it unsuccessfully) even though I was in the auto shop a few minutes before, where they read all the possible data without any problems and suggested that I change the battery (which unfortunately they didn't have in stock). For the installation he replied that one of the cables was damaged and that if it brakes it would immediately stop the installation ???, and in the end when I said I would look elsewhere he just closed the hood and went back to the store. Without any further desire to keep the customer, to perhaps offer a solution, to apologize for not being able to help me or anything like that. I was willing to spend some $ 150-200 for a new battery but I won’t spend a cent there or go there again.

Went in this morning for an emergency. My husband's phone crashed and we could not figure out why. We were at the door as soon as the light came on only for the young man to say he could not help us and unless the download mode came off the screen. Within the hour the download mode came off. But the screen went black we went to back to see if he could help now. And he asked why we bothered to return? He told us he would not touch the the phone. What bothered us was not so much that he could not fix the phone, rather the lack of customer service and how rude he was. He could not even point me in the direction of someone who could help without me pleading worst service. Ever.

I found them to be excellent. All employees were wearing masks. Marks on the floor kept customers spaced appropriately. Shielding in place between customer and register except for the pickup counter. They also offer curbside service if you do not wish to enter the store. Just order ahead online.
No
Yes, and in the exchange you get a core refund for your old battery.
Call the store
Phones are not their thing. Batteries are. Definitely use them.
