If I could give 0 stars I would. If you are flying American Airlines and get a flight canceled and they offer you this hotel, cancel. They left Me, my wife, and 3 and 6 year old children for over 1.5 hours waiting at the hotel pickup location after saying it would be 25-30 min. We canceled our reservation so we could get some sleep after flying from Germany. The previous reviews about not having enough transportation are completely accurate.

I was really worried by the different opinions and ratings I've seen in Google. But fortunately to us was a really good experience. The transportation from de airport to the hotel took so much time to arrive, so we spend 20 dollars to take us to the hotel. The personal in there was really nice. The food was good (breakfast) and everything worked fine, except for the transportation and his intervals of an hour.

This hotel was a major disappointment. I am don't generally write scathing reviews but having complained to staff at the hotel and got a completely unhelpful response and then written to the manager and got absolutely no response I think they have asked for the public outing! The IHG app had said they provided room service - HI usually do. I was told on arrival they don't any more - blaming covid which is lame now. Receptionist had a "don't care" attitude. To be fair she was on her own and massively over worked. I used the restaurant - I had been travelling for 22 hours and had work to do - hence wanting room service . I was told there was no menu available and they only had limited fare which was basically a takeaway menu: burger, wings or fish and chips (which of course being in the USA weren't chips at all but crisps!) I went with the latter and when it arrived I found two of the 3 pieces of fish were stuck together and when separated were uncooked - the batter was still liquid. The room was dated - clean but everything (especially bathroom) worn and old. Walls paper thin and had noisy neighbours on one night. None of the usual IHG arrival protocols were carried out either - I wasn't recognised as a IHG member or offered points/drink. A truly awful hotel and the staff I met just didn't care.

Hotel room was not clean (see attached photos) - dead flies on the ceiling and hair in the bed. More gross stuff in the shower and the drain doesn’t work well either so water pools up in the bottom of the tub. When trying to get the hotel-airport shuttle, the transit line rang endlessly and the reservations and front desk put me on hold for FORTY minutes between 6 different people. The shuttle in the AM was supposed to be at 12 and arrived at 12:25 at which point the driver proceeded to fail to use a turn signal about half the time when changing lanes and tailed an 18 wheeler with less than a car length of space, so quite an uncomfortable drive. The driver was nice though, he listened to what happened and said it was good to get the information and, he knew it was late and dropped me as close as possible to my terminal+gate which I appreciate. American Airlines booked the hotel due to transit issues - but honestly I would have been better off just sleeping on the airport floor.

Yes , but the one in my room , 232, did not work and leaked all over floor.
