Large winding walk path with trees and benches along the way along with exercise stops. Pond for fishing is stocked monthly and the playground is well maintained. Restrooms are very nice as well and they have many areas to picnic with loved ones. Watch out for geese and ducks

There's plenty of park space for activities. The splash pad is great for families during the Texas heat. The baseball fields are great for little league games. The gazebos are great for parties or gatherings. The only real issue is the narrow path for traffic. It wouldn't be an issue, but most of the drivers don't know how to share the road. 😐

Very nice park to have a stroll around the water or for a healthy exercise routine. There is a path to walk or run on, with quite a few exercise stations to work on your core, legs, arms, push-ups as you jog or power walk. There is a lake, where one can fish and an aquatic centre just adjacent - where hopefully nobody would fish :) - open seasonally.

Nice small sized park for the grandkids. We’ll have to bring fishing poles next time!

Yes, you can fish there and do have permission to fish. There are signs that tell how many you can keep. Must have fishing license.
When do u put more fish?
Theres also a parkour trainer next to the courts, they're behind the diving board area in the back of the water park.
Yes they stopped doing it in August and they do it every Friday so yeah I got stuck today
We it's a family-oriented Park it welcomes all animals and not too for sure on the bikes but I would believe so because I've seen people riding them
Its on their web site, but i believe its around $50.
They stocked on the 5th of March. It will probably be the last time for trout this season. It's getting to warm.
I'm not sure of the time of day. But i would recommend getting there early to get a place to fish. As a lot of people go the day of stocking
It has already! Make sure to look at the area close to water park. There's tons of baby fish there. 🙂
I've had good luck all over the place. But my personal preference are under the cypress trees get the bait as far out and as close to the Fountain as possible
Adults over 17 must have freshwater fishing licence. Under 17 can fish with no licence
In April & November
TPWD stocks trout late fall, early spring. And TPWD stocks catfish in March. The schedule can be found on their website.
I would try to see if there's any City bulletins online I'm sure they will learn out anything about public parks coming up soon
No
I've always fed them bread.
Yes near the playground across from pond
Contact the city of hearse parks and recreation and they have that information
I saw a couple fishing there a few weeks ago and I saw some catfish that they had caught. They informed me that the pond is stocked and you can see the stocking info online.
Just pay for however many you need. They don't put bands on anyone. It's per person and you need to show proof of Hurst residency. Thats for the water park part. Park is free.
$4 for Hurst residents; $10 non-resident. Season passes available for residents $25 individual; $100 family (up to 5 people) Infants under 12 mo and seniors over 55 are free.
Call the city
Al pareser yes, with permission of the place.
Lol thank you sir just trying to get some action for the family.
This friday the 18th
Stocked with catfish 4/20/18. Google search neighborhood fishing Texas, or also search inland fisheries dallas. Sorry don't have the links to post.
It's not allowed per the rules. People do it all the time anyway. If everyone can behave and you don't serve minors then you should be fine. Just watch the police when leaving because if they know they will be watching you.
