Very happy with my service experience - Andrew came by and was able to rekey three doors quickly and efficiently. He also called 30 minutes prior to arriving, and came promptly within the scheduled window. Prices were reasonable for the services offered. I would recommend A-1!

I went in with 2 key blanks for my 2008 Silverado to have them cut. After multiple attempts, they not only messed up my keys but wasted 2 of their own keys. Due to their inattentiveness, (which I pointed out) ALL of the keys they cut were incorrect resulting in 4 non-functional keys. They ended up giving me one of their $2 blanks as retribution to take elsewhere for cutting. I guess since "we've done a million of these", their attention to detail is no longer used or felt as tho it's needed. LAST time I ever go here! I hear Walmart has a key machine.....

Just purchased an used 2019 Nissan Versa, came with only 1 key at dealer, dealer offered $350 to get the second key (I really think dealer had both keys, it is just a tactic to get more $). Anyway, I know I can get better price at local …Thank you so much, Min Xu!
