My husband and I had been driving around most of the day looking for vehicles in our range of pricing. The last place we looked was Mira auto sales, Jason was to the point and made the sales process easy. Went in on Friday - worked with Jason. Spent nearly an hour or more going over the details of the car, driving, things to check on for me such as missing jack, roaring noise in the rear of the vehicle while driving, etc. Let him know I wanted the car. He asked if I wanted to leave a $200 deposit. I asked would it be necessary if I was coming back on Monday to get the car. He said I could just come back on Monday. Called in Monday morning getting insurance quotes. Called later Monday and told Jason I was coming in. He said that the car was sold. What? Jason never called me to let me know someone else was wanting to buy the vehicle after we spent that much time going over details, agreeing that I would come back on Monday to get the car, etc. I told him and Joey (finance person?) that that is poor business to not even have the courtesy or decency to let me know or even let that person know that I was coming in to get the car. Joey tried to put it back on me saying that I didn't leave a deposit to hold the car. But I reminded him that we (Jason and I) had already spoken about that and agreed that it was ok because I was coming in Monday to pick it up. In fact they both knew that I was interested in possibly buying two cars from them - in cash! No matter what they come back with as a reply to this post, remember that they agreed to me coming back on Monday to get the car. And better yet, they didn't even let that buyer know that I was coming in Monday nor did they contact me to verify I was coming in before they sold it. I will NEVER buy anything from them and will be sure to let people know about their service.

I cant believe im doing a rating on someones business! Im not the type of person to rate anyone’s business but in this case it is necessary. I took some time to share my experience with mira auto sales. The 3rd day i bought a kia optima 2015 i had problem with my coolant they also fixed the radiator because they found out that their was an issue with the radiator as well . They took 6 days to fix my car!! An employee from mira auto sales would tell me it was going to be ready the day after and never was they kept saying the same thing until the 5th day i had to take time out of my work to call them and see if my car was ready not once did they call me to say hey your car is not ready. I had to call them everyday ! After that situation i rode my car to work on the 8th day and it started overheating ! They made me sign a good will so they could just get ride of me so they wouldn’t fix my car im 100% sure they knew the situation of my car! Guys theirs many more auto sales out their pleasee be carefull if planning to come buy from them!

My experience was very different, I didn't have anything, any problems with my car not being clean, they are very professional and capable of handling any problems
Drivers license, proof of address and proof of income. Depending on your credit and car you desire will determine your down payment. I'd recommend having $1500 readily.

Mr. Nobles, I apologize that you weren't happy with your experience. I'm not sure which car you looked at, but we do not have any cars on the lot that are flood vehicles. We also offer a link to the carfax report on our website for every car on the lot so there is no room for us to lie about any vehicle.
