This is not a good dealership at all. Luckily the truck they sold me runs fantastic. Issue I have is the only reason I got a truck from here was because they told me I could get a better interest rate than my personal bank so I went with it. My bank offers a 3.95 interest rate and the bank they try to get you to go thru offers a 5.99% interest rate. The contract they showed me said nothing about a 5.99% interest rate. Half my payment goes to interest. They lied to me to get a sale. Will be switching over to my bank for better interest rate and BEWARE of this place if they try to tell you they can get a better interest rate.

I contacted Ideal auto for a MB car to come and see it on Sunday . First they said they aren’t open Sunday . When I checked their website it said Sunday is by appointment only which wasn’t offered by sales man when I told them about my limited availability during the week . I called again to ask for appointment on Sunday which they were generous enough to meet me at the shop for 1 hour . I felt that I was rushed , shop doesn’t offer any warranty ( not mileage or even hours ) . Pretty much you buy the car and they don’t know you . I asked to lift the car to look underneath, that wasn’t offered either . Finance manager didn’t even acknowledge us when we came to shop . He was busy to get the hell out of the store. Knowing that he just came back from vacation , he was ready to go back to enjoy his off days . Not motivated sales man and employees that don’t care about business or sales . I’m glad that I didn’t buy from them.

**UPDATE:The owner called and is making every attempt to correct this.** BOUGHT A DAMAGED CAR THAT I WAS TOLD WOULD BE REPAIRED AND "YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW IT WAS EVER IN AN ACCIDENT" Not a very good experience at all. Edited this post in all fairness to give the dealer a chance to correct this problem. Car was attempted to be repaired and the results speak for itself; overspray everywhere, fisheyes in the paint, thin spots/fog in the paint, fender doesn't line up (instead of replacing hinge that is bent, they pushed the fender down to line up with the hood). Dirt and defects in pain, poor masking job around emblem. I paid the advertised price for this car in Pre-accident condition on the promise it would be fixed and I would never know. I am waiting for a response and then I will delete this, and write a good review if they correct this.
