I called Leslies in Aug to schedule my pool closure and received a date of Oct 28th. I found another company that would do it much quicker (one week). I went to this Leslies store to purchase a drain hose to drain water from the pool. I got there at 9:10AM however the store opened up 30 minutes late. No sorry, I had to knock on the glass to the employee to recognize people were waiting. After waiting 20 minutes outside I got my product quickly rushed home. Installed then within minutes of draining the tube brurst in the middle. I could tell It was cheap plastic and almost dry rotted, I returned to the store and I explained to the person that the product was defective however on the receipt it said "Customer Changed Mind"? So next summer after 10 years will find another pool store. This was one example all summer it was the worst customer experience.

I would not recommend this place to anybody. The staff could not be more unfriendly, rude or unhelpful. They do not take returns Either even with a receipt and do not tell you prior to purchasing that chemicals are nonreturnable.Hi Johanna, we are sorry to hear about your recent experience.
