Every negative review of this place is correct. They don’t refill RX’s on time; and when you call to inquire; they never answer the phone! Very poor customer service!

Drive thru closed at noon on Saturday 4/2/22 after waiting 10 minutes I went inside after 30minutes waiting inside finally got my wife’s room asked pharmacist about the wait and drive thru closed she stated cvs does not give me enough staff I wrote a note on the window ? After I got my wife’s RXIVEA I drove back to the drive thru and yup she posted a small note note saying drive thru and COVID CLOSED TODAY today COMEON CVS STAFF YOUR STORES

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews, I've had nothing but polite and friendly experiences with the workers here, both at the front and at the pharmacy. Maybe they listened to the negative comments! Yes there can be a line at the rush hour times, especially the after work hour. I'm pretty sure most drug stores are similar though. Docking a star because the self checkout doesn't accept cash, but this is our go to pharmacy in the area and we are happy with their service and goods.

Waited for someone to answer for an extremely long time. The staff member I talked to was very rude to me. When I was there in person, the same person was extremely rude. I will drive further to avoid this cvs in the future.
