*****>Regarding those housed by Human Services<**** $20 a night if you have a guest spend the night. Be prepared to be pestered for it. (I'm so sure they add it to their "books") 🤐 One of the front desk clerks mysteriously obtains female guests phone numbers and propositions them... Sometimes even so generously waiving the "guest fee" in exchange for 'favors' Otherwise it's a decent living space. NO WIFI is a deal breaker.

Looks like they renovated this place. Clean rooms, nice tv, fast wifi, and great management staff. They were always available and provided whatever I needed. 5/5 would recommend to others.

While the room was sizable and the rates reasonable, the tv didn't work, the microwave was broken, the walls were dirty (in the room and halls) and parts of the building seemed in disrepair (wall heaters, doors). With some money invested in maintenance this could be a really nice place to stay. I would only recommend it if you just need a quick place to stay and you're going to be in Burlington.

Front desk/owners were very accommodating, except for him preferring I pay $300. Cash instead of with a credit card, prior to seeing my room (don't want to pay credit card company their 3%)! Once I finally got CASH, get to the room with my things 1st thing I noticed was how dirty EACH mirror was, their were ashes in drawers, an old 6 pack of beer box in the refrigerator, food on the plate in the microwave, clumps of hair very visible on the floor, shower had someones old used soap dried up in it, dirt all over the walls, sticky something all over the headboard of the bed, no blanket on the bed sheets and a comforter & only 2 pillows for a king size bed, I don't think it's necessary to go on, needless to say their was no way I was staying, I regretfully returned to the front and 1 of the men quickly had vacuum, BLEACH and Windex to accommodate. Was an interesting evening no I didn't not stay longer.
